Lisa Grayson is as close to a Valley Girl as it gets and proud of it. She moved to Tarzana at 12 years old, later spent 16 wonderful years living in Sherman Oaks, and now calls the Tarzana–Woodland Hills area home once again. Her lifelong connection to the San Fernando Valley gives her an unmatched understanding of its neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyle.
A dedicated real estate professional since 2016, Lisa is known for her warm personality, deep market knowledge, and ability to make clients feel comfortable and confident throughout every step of the buying and selling process. She has extensive experience not only throughout the Valley but across many of Los Angeles’s most sought-after communities.
Before real estate, Lisa built a successful career in the fashion industry as a sales representative for clothing and accessory designers. That background refined her eye for design, presentation, and detail, qualities that now help her see beauty and potential where others might not. She brings that same creativity and personalized approach to real estate, taking the time to truly understand her clients and guide them toward homes that fit their lifestyle and goals.
Rooted in her community and passionate about helping others, Lisa combines professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in everything she does. Whether it’s finding the perfect first home, securing an investment property, or preparing a listing to sell for top dollar, she approaches every opportunity with care, expertise, and a genuine love for helping people feel at home.

Real estate has always been part of Lisa’s story. Her grandmother worked in residential real estate in the Boston area, while her grandfather built a successful career in commercial real estate in Connecticut. Their shared passion for the industry made a lasting impression and gave Lisa an early appreciation for design, architecture, and the importance of finding the right property for every stage of life.
Lisa is deeply connected to the San Fernando Valley, where she lives with her husband and daughter. When she is not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out at Tracy Anderson in Studio City, and discovering new restaurants and local shops, especially sushi spots. Whether she is exploring a new neighborhood or sharing a favorite local find, Lisa’s love for the Valley and its lifestyle shines through in everything she does.
